    1.早晚两杯白开水

    早上空腹喝一杯可以清洁肠道,补充夜间失去的水分;晚上喝一杯则能保证一夜之间血液不至于因缺水而过于黏稠。血液黏稠会加快大脑缺氧,使衰老提前来临。因此,每晚饮水的作用不能低估。

    2.一片多种复合维生素

    如果年龄超过30岁,为延缓衰老的到来,维生素CE是必须补充的。它们可以中和侵袭人体皮肤组织的自由基,对皮肤起保护作用。

    3.一杯醋

    女人还是有点“醋意”的好。每日三餐中食用醋可以延缓血管硬化的发生。除了饮食外,在化妆台上加一瓶醋,每次在洗手之后敷一层醋,保留20分钟再洗掉,可以使手部的皮肤柔白细嫩。

    4一杯酸奶

    从补钙的角度看,女人是最容易缺钙的一个群体,而牛奶的补钙效果优于任何一种食物,特别是酸奶,更容易被人体吸收。所以,女人应每天保证12杯酸奶。

    5.一瓶矿泉水

    一定要名副其实的矿泉水,它含有的微量元素和矿物质是皮肤最需要的。清洗脸部后仰卧,将矿泉水浸湿一块干净的纱布,然后敷在脸上,待纱布变干后再次浸湿,如此反复,就等于给面部做了一次微量元素的营养补充。

    6.一袋茶叶

    女人是一定要喝茶的,如果胃没有毛病,绿茶和乌龙茶最好。特别是那些想要减肥的女性,再没有什么比茶叶更能消除肠道脂肪的了,茶是最天然、最有效的减肥剂。

    7.一个西红柿或一片维生素C泡腾片

    在水果和蔬菜中,西红柿是维生素C含量最高的一种,每天至少保证一个。
